* All prices stated in the Banana House websites are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$)

* All orders sent to us should be final. No post-amendments.

* All goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable.

* In the event of stock-out, Banana House will provide a full-refund.

* Banana House has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

* Banana House has done our utmost to ensure that the measurements for products displayed on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm, however, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.

Payment
For verification purposes:
* ATM transfer: Please retain your receipt.
* Ibanking: Please save a copy of your Ibank statement.

Banana House will not be liable for any claims of payment if buyer is unable to produce any of the above to verify the payment made.

Pre-ordered goods
* Only orders with full payment, made before the closing date & time of the respective collection, will be taken in.

* Goods may take up to 2 to 8 weeks , upon the closing date of each collection, to arrive. Hence, your patience will be deeply appreciated.

* All updates on the status of your orders will be posted on: Status of Orders

In-stock goods
* We can only reserve the goods for 3 days.
After receiving our confirmation email, please make your payment before the given dateline. Otherwise, item will be given to our next potential buyer.


Shipping Policy
* Banana House will ensure that goods are safely packed and sent out.
SingPost normally takes 2 - 4 working days to post out items (excludes weekends/public holidays). However, as post is sorted out manually, please be prepared to wait up to 7 days for item/s to reach.
Please take note that we are not responsible for any items lost in transaction. Thus, it is always advisable to opt for Registered Post.

* For normal postage:
• 'Instock' items will be posted within 1-2 days upon your payment
• 'Preorder' items will be posted as soon as the goods arrive

For registered postage:
• 'Instock' items will be mailed on every Tues & Fri upon your payment (Please make payments before every Monday & Thursday 11.30pm, so that goods can be mailed on the next day)
• 'Preorder' items will be posted as soon as the goods arrive


Drive-thru
* Venue: Only available at Ang Mo Kio street 42.

* We put in our utmost efforts in arranging slots that our customers prefer. However, final date and time will be finalised upon the arrival of goods/ confirmation of purchase.

* Please understand that your order(s) has to packed and that arrangement has to be made. Hence, we appreciate no last minute drive-thru collection of goods.
